  • Site-Specific Planting Plan: Native and climate-appropriate selections prioritized for San Diego conditions—drought-tolerant, pollinator-friendly, seasonal interest, and therapeutic scents for wellbeing.

  • Hardscape & Irrigation Plan: Scaled drawings and specifications for patios, paths, retaining elements, raised beds, structures (pergolas, benches), and a water-wise irrigation layout tied to local codes and smart controllers.

  • Detailed Cost Estimate: Line-item pricing for all elements—materials, plant palette, labor, equipment, permits if required, and contingency—so you know exactly how your investment is allocated.
